Applying for an Internship/CO-OP
Students may apply for specific internship/co-op positions through select college/university career centers and on-line at our Career Opportunities Web page. When submitting your resume, please list in your objective the functional area you wish to explore. Interviews will begin in early March and end in April. Offers are extended one to two weeks after the interview.

All summer internship applications should be submitted by April 1st.
How do I submit my resume?
Specific internship/co-op positions are posted at selected
colleges/universities and on Bausch & Lomb's career opportunity Web page.
When submitting your resume, please list in your objective the functional area
you wish to explore.
What areas do you recruit for?
Bausch & Lomb recruits students from a variety of disciplines
including: Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing, Operations, Human Resources,
Engineering, and Research & Development.
How many interns/co-op do you hire?
We hire an average of 25-30 students for summer internships. A limited
number of interns/co-ops are hired throughout the year, as business needs
allow.
Will you be visiting my campus?
Bausch & Lomb visits numerous colleges and universities across the
country. To find out if we'll be visiting your campus, please check with your
Career Services Office.
When do you interview and extend offers?
Interviews begin in early March and end in April. Offer letters are sent
one to two weeks after the interview.
Where are your internships located?
The majority of our summer internships are located in Rochester, NY. We do
offer a limited number of internship positions at other Bausch & Lomb
facilities throughout the U.S.
Do you provide housing expenses for interns?
Interns are responsible for paying their own housing expenses during their
summer employment. Our College Relations Office provides interns who are
relocating information on available apartments for summer sublease.
